     +## How to Join

     +1. Send a message to Klay (on discord, matrix, etc) with your desired login information.
     +    - name of your minecraft account, e.g. "nycki93"
     +    - email, so i can create a wiki account for you. i don't have a real email server running so this can be fake, e.g. "strongbad@website.egg"

     +2. If you haven't already, install [Prism Launcher](https://prismlauncher.org/).

     +3. Create an instance running Minecraft 26.2 with Fabric Loader.

     +4. Launch that instance and connect to the server `mc.hatspace.net`.

     +## Recommended Mods

     +This is a vanilla-compatible pack, so all mods are optional. However, I recommend Ears and Signed Paintings at a minimum. Jade and Mouse Wheelie are also some nice minimal quality-of-life mods. You are allowed to install any other mods you want.

     +To install mods, select the Minecraft instance in Prism, and go to Edit -> Mods -> Download Mods.

     +allows you to post images on signs and view them. I'll be using this wiki as my image host. When you first join, you might see a sign with a bunch of tiny vertical lines like "illili", right-click on it and accept the wiki.hatspace.net domain.

     +#### Mouse Wheelie

     +this mod allows you to move items around more quickly by scrolling the mouse wheel. You can also click the mouse wheel to auto-sort a chest (but see rule 4).
